In Instagram, open Settings → **Accounts Centre** → **Your information and permissions** → **Download your information**. 2. Choose **Create export** → your account → **Export to device**. 3. Set Date range to **All time**, Format to **JSON** (not HTML) and Media quality to **Lower**. 4. Instagram emails a link, usually within 1–2 hours. Download the .zip and load it into PsycheAI.
