Changed your mind about a re-run? Ask within 24 hours of paying for a full refund – no reason needed.
What can be refunded
- A re-run (a new Psyche Card with its Psyche Report): a full refund if you ask within 24 hours of payment.
- Ask PsycheAI question packs are non-refundable.
- After 24 hours, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it or the report was never delivered (below).
- Psyche Sync is free, as are reports unlocked with a promo code, earned through your link or gifted, so there is nothing to refund.
If a report fails
If a Psyche Report fails to generate, try again from the same device: your payment covers the retry, and you will not be charged twice. If it still cannot be delivered, we will refund it at any time.
How to ask
Email admin@psycheai.io with the date and amount of the payment and the last four digits of the card (or the wallet) you paid with. There is no account, so these are how we find your payment.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank – it is quicker for you.
