Terms of use

1. Who we are

PsycheAI is operated from Singapore. Contact: admin@psycheai.io.

2. You must be 18 or over

PsycheAI is for adults only. By using it you confirm you are at least 18.

3. What PsycheAI is – and is not

PsycheAI writes an AI-generated reading of your personality from your own data, for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not a psychological test, a diagnosis or professional advice. AI can be wrong. Do not rely on it for medical, mental-health, legal, financial or relationship decisions. If you are struggling, speak to a qualified professional.

4. Your data, and other people’s

• Only upload data from accounts that are yours.
• Psyche Sync uses a card that its owner chose to send you. Do not use PsycheAI to analyse anyone without their knowledge.
• Do not use a report to make decisions about someone’s employment, housing, credit or insurance.

How data is handled is set out in the privacy policy.

5. Fair use

• One free Psyche Card and Psyche Report per Instagram account. Do not get around this, the rate limits or the payment.
• A reading needs enough of your own writing to work from. Data with too little of it is not analysed.
• Do not attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

We may refuse or limit access where these terms are broken.

6. What is free, and what you pay for

Free

• Your first Psyche Card and Psyche Report, together, once per Instagram account.
• One Ask PsycheAI question with your Psyche Card.
• Every Psyche Sync.

Paid

• A re-run: a new Psyche Card with its Psyche Report, for example after adding data. US$5.
• Ask PsycheAI questions, five at a time. US$5.
• The price is shown before you pay, in your local currency where available. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Credits from your link

• Every connection who makes their Psyche Card from your link earns you 1 credit.
• A credit is worth five Ask PsycheAI questions, or a gift link that gives someone else one free Psyche Report.

Gift links and promo codes

• A gift link is for someone else, not the person who made it. It unlocks one Psyche Report, once, within 60 days.
• A promo code works as stated when it is given, for example for a limited number of uses, until an end date, or as a discount.

Ask PsycheAI

• Ask questions about yourself, answered by an AI model from your card or report and the digest it was written from.
• A question is used only when it gets an answer.
• Answers are coaching and general information, not medical, psychological or professional advice.

Guess your character

• While your Psyche Card is being written, you may guess which character it will name. No purchase is needed.
• On your first free Psyche Card, a right guess wins 1 credit on your link. One guess per Instagram account can win.
• A limited number are given each day, and at most one a day from one connection. A right guess after that is told so but wins nothing.
• On any other run the guess is just for fun. Guesses made with made-up or other people’s accounts do not count.
• We may change or end this offer at any time. A credit already won stays yours.

No cash value, and refunds

• Credits, gift links, promo codes and free reports have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Refunds follow the refund policy.

7. Your content and ours

You keep all rights to your data and your reports, and may use and share your reports as you wish. The site, its design, the card artwork and the software belong to PsycheAI. Character names belong to their owners, and PsycheAI is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. PsycheAI is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, Google, Facebook or WhatsApp, and their names are used only to say which data you can load. MBTI is a trademark of The Myers-Briggs Company, and PsycheAI is not its assessment.

8. Shared links

Anyone with your personal link can see your Psyche Card. Share it only with people you are happy to see it. Links expire a year after they were last opened.

9. Liability

PsycheAI is provided “as is”, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. It may change or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, PsycheAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Its total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Law, and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction. If they change, the date above changes with them. Using PsycheAI after a change means you accept it.
