How to get your messages
Instagram has no export button inside a chat. Request your data download instead: Accounts Centre → Your information and permissions → Download your information, with Format set to JSON and Date range to All time. Questions
Does it read the other person’s messages?
They are read on your device to follow the conversation. What is sent is a sample of your own messages, some with a short, de-identified line of what they answered, and the other person’s name becomes a number.
Can I analyse just one chat?
PsycheAI reads your whole account rather than one chat, because one conversation says more about that friendship than about you. In the review you can switch off any chat you would rather leave out.
Does it give a compatibility score?
No. Psyche Sync compares two people’s cards and explains where you align and where you differ, without a score. It is for friends and family, never romance.
